Excellent location, right by the subway station plus in the centre of Yeonnam-dong, makes it easy to get to all the amazing restaurants, bars and cafés.

Exceptional
Very clean, and nice atmosphere. I booked the private twin room which was quiet and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse, and there are many places to eat nearby!

Wonderful
That hostel is really cozy and you feel like home.I was coming back everytime. The host is really nice and tries everything to help you. The beds are comfortable and you have your own light and socket. You can also wash and dry you clothes there it is really convenient to get everything ready in just 3 hours.
Things that were in other reviews bad were all almost fixed. So I dont have anything

A home away from home
Perfect location, near the subway and bus stations and everything in Hongdae. The owner is very friendly and will help you find everything you are looking for in Hongdae, weather it is food, shopping or things to do. In the evening you can usualy watch movies and listen to some music with him, and you might even be offered some food and drinks if the he cooked that day. The kitchen is fully equiped so you can also cook for yourself which is a big plus. Beds are really confortable and living room is cozy. It really feels like a home so if you are travelling on your own for more than a few days and want to get some rest it is a perfect place! I stayed for a bit more than 1 week and will definitly come back when I come back to Seoul.
It's a bit difficult to find as there is no sign that the guesthouse is there. The mixed dormitories can get hot at night but if you let the window open it's okay (there is no noise outside so no worries about that). Shower and bathroom is cleaned regularly but if you are picky with showers I would advise using the one in the big bathroom.
